We need your help deciding the extent of data which each participating member will provide monthly. Currently, we propose to collect the following data from participating members:

1. Property Type e.g. apartment, land etc
2. Property Town/Location e.g. Nairobi
3. Estate/Project e.g. Nyayo Embakasi
4. Road e.g. Katani Road
5. Number of Bedrooms
6. Number of Bathrooms
7. Built up area
8. Land size
9. Transaction type e.g. Sale or Valuation
10. Title number or LR Number (with the last 2 digits masked)
11. Landmark e.g. 200 meters from Katani Police Station
12. Price or Value
13. Sale or Valuation Date
